About the Internship
Impactful Inbox is a creative agency specializing in email marketing, digital design, and marketing strategy for growing businesses. We're looking for a creative Graphic Design Intern who wants more than just classroom projects. You'll gain hands-on experience working on real client work while receiving mentorship throughout the creative process.
This internship is designed to help emerging designers build confidence, strengthen their portfolio, and gain practical agency experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
As a Graphic Design Intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of real client projects. Depending on client needs and your skills, you may work on projects such as:
Email marketing campaigns and promotional graphics
Social media graphics and digital marketing content
Print marketing materials, including flyers, postcards, brochures, and promotional pieces
Branded merchandise and apparel graphics (including t-shirts and promotional items)
Branding, marketing campaigns, and visual assets for a variety of businesses
Website graphics and other digital design projects
In addition to project work, you'll also:
Make revisions based on creative direction and client feedback
Prepare files for both digital and print production
Help organize creative assets and maintain brand consistency across projects
Assist with occasional creative marketing tasks as needed
Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
Is a late junior, senior, or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related creative field.
Has experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator required; InDesign is a plus)
Has a strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
Is eager to learn and receptive to feedback
Has strong organizational and time-management skills
Can work independently while communicating effectively with a remote team
Open only to applicants who are currently based in the United States.
Experience with Canva, Figma, WordPress, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp is helpful but not required.
Internship Details
Location: Remote (Must be currently based in the United States)
Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Duration: Typically 5–8 weeks, depending on the internship program and school requirements.
Compensation: Depending on the internship program, this position may be completed for academic credit or offered as a paid independent contractor opportunity.
